brain dead
Ugh! My head hurts. I read WAY too much Nabari No Ou for one day (12 chapters that have an average of 30 pages). My mental eye imagery is stuck on the art style, making it difficult to focus on my writing. *exasperated sigh* I need Victorian England romance (aka Emma), dammit! Aaah, my hea~d!

blah

This is what happens when it's school break and I have too many reasons to procrastinate on a variety of things, including my writing. Ooh, woe is me! At least I have Emma and Bizenghast to cheer me up. Oh, and I need to take a break from The Looking Glass Wars. I've been getting confused by parts of the story and have been putting off reading it for too long 'cause of school. If I were to start reading it again, I'm just going to get into a fit over it. I have about 10 books on my bookshelf that still need to be read, so I can read one of those.

Yuki Yume no

I've finally gotten back on track with my novel after 8 days of creative hiatus! I had noticed that I didn't come up with a good enough conflict for the story, so I wasn't able to create a rising action or climax. Which is bad! I've been writing with a huge gap in the storyline. So, I just need to edit a couple scenes a little to give appearances for newly created characters. Yay me! I'm writing again!

OC Jack and Sally: Wait a minute! What about us?
Me: You'll be showing up in some scenes. I just haven't bother writing them down yet. *mishievuos grin*
Jack and Sally: We want scenes! We want more appearances!
Me: Would you nix it?! You should be happy I'm putting you in at all in this one!
Jack and Sally: Scenes! We want-!
Me: Just shut up and eat your mochi! You're interfering! *flings a package of mochi into the distance*
Jack and Sally: Mochi! *dashes after it*
Me: ... And you were bothering the Tsviets.
Tsviets: No kidding.
Me: (Be thankful I sent you two away just now or else you would've been obliderated.) Back to writing then.

I Was Happy. Now I'm Bummed.

tragedy and reality hurts

I was doing really well on the random stories that kept popping into my head (I'm actually almost done with one) and the various bits of my novel. I was at ease and proud of myself. I also got a good laugh at my idiot classmates 'cause I hid the cord for the boombox on Thursday when everyone left. So, when Derray tried to turn it on, it wouldn't start. You would'v been frightened by my Cheshire Cat smile. Haaaa, the good laughs. I was lighthearted.

Now I'm not anymore. It turns out my friends neko_sensai and sweetcheshire are unexpectedly going to Fanime 2010. They went last year without me 'cause I didn't know how much it was. By the looks of their DevientArt journals, it looks like they'll be going without me, again. Which I find depressing since they failed to tell me about it before I went onto DA. I really want to go, but I promised myself that I wouldn't go to a big anime convention until I got a cosplay costume. I'm saving for my C.C. costume right now. I have money for the wig, but not for the outfit I want.

*sigh* Well, I guess I'll have to wait until Fanime 2011 to actually go.

....... I'm feel really lonely right now. I'm going to go have a red bean iced milk bar and watch whatever anime is available. And maybe do some more writing.

To be able to control time, so I can go back and either have a look at past era's and my past or change parts of my past (though it'd be dangerous and kind of stupid).

New Theme List Story

writer mood
I was able to continue working on my new theme list story (the one I complained about because of my idiot classmates on my last post) and I must say: I am pleased and stunned. I never really expected to do it this well on a subject that, well, is something I do not approve of. I will say that the influence is Deepground, one of readingchick's fanfics that she showed me (the one with the Tsviets as spirits), and this image. This will also be the first story that I'm actually willing and going to kill off a character and leave him that way. I've always loved my characters so much that, at first, I kill them off, but bring them back to life at the last minute. Though my OC Akai and mute boy (who I'm killing off) are not pleased about it. Too bad! I'm your creator, so you'll have to deal with my decisions!

Two problems in my life: The LJ user HTML formula for posts hates me, so it loves to screw up my posts everytime I use it (hence the constant bolding for usernames). And even though we have a drug house down the street that doesn't bother hiding that fact about it's business there, the police won't do anything. So much for the law.

The Muse Loves to Go Elsewhere

school

I have not touched my novel. I have not finished typing what I have wrote in my notebook already. And I am losing my patience with my Chemistry classmates. My mood and music really do affect my writing.

As a way to get my mind and soul back into gear for my NaNoWriMo novel, I have to write for the other moods and emotions that flow in me. It's like I have a bunch of gauges and meters in me. When one runs out, I need to leave it alone and let it replenish. When one overflows, I need to simmer it down so it won't greatly affect me or suck it bone dry. And all that is done by my writing. It's helped relieve me of beautiful or unnecessary things. It's a wonderful past time, especially when my arrogant classmates laugh and mock me when I ask them nicely to turn off the radio boombox playing that hideous rap music (which makes my ears bleed)! Those assholes need to learn that having consideration for others is a trait that get others to put up with you more easily! And no thanks to them, I wasn't able write down my new theme list story. Jerks!

Nero: *particularily to no one* You're ranting again.
Me: And I have the right to! This is my brain! My soul! My business!
Nero: *stares at me and walks off, leaving me to fume*

Boredom Equals DoC Audio Clip

  • Nov. 10th, 2009 at 10:00 PM
Happy happy

I have written a little bit more for my NaNo novel, but the last bit made me a little depressed so I turned my attention to Dirge of Cerberus. I still can't play it on the TV, so I had to make due with watching the cutscenes on YouTube. While I was completely bummed and bored, I made an mp3 file of Weiss' message from the early parts of the game. And to indulge myself in kindness, I am posting a download link to the file. Enjoy, my friends!

Download: Sendspace

If the link doesn't work, let me know.

And a small point out about the clip: I had listened to the mp3 and it sounded like it does a slight skip on a second of the audio. Otherwise, it's all good.

Alright, as of 11/10, I'll be 11,993 words behind... Wait a minute! Why did I post that?! Am I trying to intimidate myself? No, thank you!

I have a craving for Dirge of Cerberus! I haven't played it in the last couple months and I want to play it now! One setback: My parents are taking over the TV, so I can't play! Waah! Curse you mom and dad!

And school is evil! Why are you people still nagging at me to do my Kite Runner dialogue assignment? I told you people that I'm anable to do it 'cause I can't write in the author's voice no matter what I do. Leave me alone, I do not want to do it!

Well, Muse, I thank you for returning, but I would appreciate it more if you'd appear when I have free time during the day and not right before I go to sleep at night. If you could be kind enough to do that, I'm grateful.

Weiss: And this is coming from a girl who lazes off on her schoolwork.
Me: Hey! Nobody needs to know that, Immaculate Frenzy!
Kuro & Shiro: (cutting Weiss off before he speaks) We're rooting for you, Ojou!
My NaNoWriMo novel characters: Please, hurry and write more scenes for us! We need scenes!
Me: I got the point the first time!

My Early Christmas Gift

I just got a new bookshelf! Now I have more room for all my books! Happy day indeed!

Though the one downside is that my muse hasn't come back yet, so I'm behind on my novel. But once my tension period pasts, it'll return with my happy self.

I Take A Break And What Do I Get?!

  • Nov. 5th, 2009 at 4:50 PM
go away

An unnecessary indulgence for violence showings and Code Geass! GAH!! I blame you Hannah and Victoria for getting me into the series! Now my mind is trapped by the plots and themes in the story! Which equals me being unable to keep the atmosphere nor the plot consistant to the theme of my NaNoWriMo novel! Why am I so easily influenced by the most randomist things? ARGH!

OW! Teeth hurt! I am at my wits end as well. My teeth are sore that I can't eat foods that involve chewing, I'm getting headaches from the pain, and the headaches keep my mind from thinking on my novel! And what's more?! I have an essay that's riding me up the damn wall! I'm the kind of person who doesn't mind essays, but this, this essay is evil! I hate it!

Now I pass on my apology for bitch ranting, I just really needed to vent. And I'll probably will be taking a super short hiatus on my novel so I can get my mind back into gear for it. I'll be staying away from Code Geass for who knows how long and indulge myself with Dirge of Ceberus, The Phantom of the Opera, and Vocaloid. I hope to get back to writing and eating solids without pain soon.

Well, after having it linger in my head constantly while continually working on my angels story (no longer a piece, this beloved tale is), I've signed up for the NaNoWriMo competition. My angels story shall be my novel and I hope to finish it on time. Wish me luck!

And The Phantom of the Opera, I thank you, for your music has helped me create beautiful scenes for my story.

Top 5 Worst Fears

Nero

1. Injections/Medical Needles - It doesn't matter whether it's on TV, real life, that it's for me or someone else, I fear this beyond anything. I actually have Trynophobia and it's no laughing matter.

2. Crowded places - I don't need to explain this, it just is.

3. Rejection - Childhood traumas made me too scared to open up fully to anyone and I don't want the rug to be pulled from under my feet again.

4. Demons - If I can't ward them off, I run like hell.

5. Spiders - If you throw one in my face, I will hunt you down.

Laughing
Today, while helping the school librarian get colored paper for the Day of The Dead display in the staff lounge, my math teacher walked in and we started talking. As we were doing that, the librarian opened the fridge to get some more iced tea and I noticed a mayo jar filled with red liquid labelled "Blood." I asked why there was blood in the school staff fridge. My math teacher replied, "It's what we teachers live off of." I was wondering what happened to those missing students.

During my World Studies class, we were talking about Maximillien Robespierre and how one of his many names was "The Incorruptable." I thought to myself, "Why not just nickname him 'The Immaculate'?" I started laughing. No one got it.

This morning, my math teacher, in the middle of teaching, said he had an important announcement for us. We asked what it was and he said, "The new KFC is now open. The battle begins again!" Guess what, Mr. Jackson, the grilled chicken fears me so you better hide yours.

Today, I also found out my grandpa can be pretty wicked. It turns out a number of years ago, he was at the pet store in the mall. While he looking at the hamsters and mice, a happy-go-lucky teenage girl working there walked up to him and asked, "Are you looking for something for your kid?" He responded with a straight face, "No, for my cat." The face she made was the funniest thing he's seen that day.

piss me off and you die

If a friend or relative makes a racist or homophobic remark, do you tend to confront them or let it slide? Are you more likely to confront them if it offends you directly or someone else who seems reluctant to speak up?

Anyone who make a stereotypical, homophobic, and racist remark at all in front of me towards me or anyone I know, they will face my wrath (which usually means a smack in the face and a lecture).

shock

First I would like to say I don't want anybody killing me on this! I'm just the unfortunate messenger! And I was bored and curious!

Dave Boat, the VA for Weiss The Immaculate, is the same VA for Lexaeus in Kingdom Hearts ReCOM and 358/2 Days. I was wondering why they always sounded familiar! And strangely, I'm weirded by that!

Mae Whitman, VA for Yukkie Kisaragi, does Katara in the Avatar: The Last Airbender series and TINKER BELL in the TB movies. WTF is up with that last one?! Somebody please agree that that is so not right!

Nothing of big shock on the other Tsviet and random VAs besides that Mike Rock(Nero) hasn't done much so far in his career, Brad Abrell (Azul) has done quite a few video game and movie voice acting, Kari Wahlgren (Shelke) has had a lot of alternate names and WAY more voice acting in a ton of shows, movies and games, and we all obiviously know what Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (Rosso) is best known for: Silent Hill songs!
